Operations, Policy, and Strategy
The Operations, Policy, and Strategy Team (OPS Team) provides a broad array of support and guidance for the Office of Undergraduate Education, the Office of the Provost, and campus partners to ensure that the mission of undergraduate education at the University is advanced in an impactful, sustainable, and strategic manner. The OPS team shepherds the Office of Undergraduate Education’s strategic priorities through their life cycle of planning, execution, assessment, and reporting and also coordinates the annual assessment and reporting of continuing initiatives.
